Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of projects sold through Devlify ("Devlify," "we," "us"). By purchasing a project, you agree to these Terms.
1. What You're Buying
When you purchase a project from Devlify, you receive:
- Full ownership of the source code, including the right to modify, resell, sublicense, and white-label it as your own - for that individual project only.
- Delivery via (a) an emailed invite to the project's private GitHub repository and (b) an emailed link to download a zip of the source code.
Ownership is granted per project purchased. It does not extend to other projects in the Devlify catalog, to Devlify's brand, or to any shared/underlying tooling not part of the delivered codebase.
2. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will automatically receive:
- An invitation to the project's GitHub repository, and
- An email containing a direct zip download link.
Both are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive either within a reasonable time, contact us at support@devlify.com.ng.
3. Support
Each purchase includes 7 days of bug-fix support, starting from the date of purchase. During this window, we will fix defects in the delivered code that cause it to malfunction as originally described.
Support does not include:
- New feature development
- Custom modifications or integrations
- Deployment or hosting assistance
- Support requests made after the 7-day window
Support requests should be sent to support@devlify.com.ng with your order details.
4. Payments and Refunds
All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Claim Devlify or the original author as the creator when reselling or white-labeling, in a way that misrepresents authorship of the platform itself (the code is yours to rebrand; the Devlify name and brand are not transferred).
- Use a purchased project for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to obtain a project without payment (e.g., exploiting bugs in checkout).
6. No Warranty
Projects are delivered "as is." Outside the 7-day bug-fix window described in Section 3, Devlify makes no warranty that the code is error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a purchased project, including lost profits or data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of purchased projects after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
