This Privacy Policy explains what information Devlify ("Devlify," "we," "us") collects, why, and how it's handled.

1. What We Collect

Checkout / purchases

  • Name and email address, to process payment, deliver your project (GitHub invite + zip download link), and provide bug-fix support.

Contact form

  • Name, email address, subject, and message content, to respond to your inquiry.

Chat widget / "hire" leads

  • Email address, and the conversation transcript if you choose to share it, to follow up with you.

Analytics (if enabled)

  • Basic, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, general events) via Plausible, Google Analytics, and/or PostHog - whichever is active. We do not send names, emails, or other personal identifiers to these tools.

2. How We Use It

  • To deliver purchased projects and provide the included support window
  • To respond to contact and hire inquiries
  • To process payments (handled by our payment processor - we do not store your card details)
  • To understand general site usage and improve Devlify

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who We Share It With

  • Payment processor - to complete your purchase.
  • Email delivery service (e.g., Gmail/SMTP) - to send order and inquiry emails.
  • Analytics providers - only aggregate, non-identifying usage data, and only if enabled.

We don't share your name, email, or messages with anyone else.

4. Data Retention

We retain purchase and inquiry records as long as needed to provide support, meet legal/tax obligations, and maintain business records. You can request deletion of your contact/chat data at any time (see Section 6) - purchase records may be retained where required for accounting purposes.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (subject to retention needs described above)
